Privacy Notice

What we need from you.

We (What A Voice) will need your email ID so we can send over your finished Voice Reel.

If you are under 18, we’ll also need the name, address and email of your parent/Guardian.

Why we need this data

We’ll need this to process payments and be able to supply you with an invoice for your tax records.

What we do with it.

All data is stored in a secure ‘cloud’. We will not disclose your details to any third parties unless we have your prior written consent.

How long will we keep your data?

We’ll keep your data for 3 years. After that if we haven’t had any contact with you for at least 12 months, we’ll destroy it completely.  

What are your rights?

You are entitled to view your data at any time. Please contact alex@whatavoice.co.uk to access this.

You are entitled to contact the Information Commisioners office (ICO) if you feel your data is in some way misrepresented.
